How do I make changes to my group's plan?
Plan changes are usually permitted only upon renewal of your contract. If you have questions regarding plan changes, please contact your broker or call us at 1-855-949-3668, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
How do I get enrollment changes processed?
To manage or update your employee roster, please contact your broker or visit your secure Healthfirst Employer Account.
What is Healthfirst's payment policy?
Premium payments are due on the 1st of each month. All billing statements are itemized. If you have questions regarding your bill, please call us at 1-855-949-3668, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
